Not only that, her debut album will be produced by David Sitek of TV on the Radio fame. He must really be impressed with her voice, enough to produce her first album. According to the Daily Advertiser, Scarlett spent “33 days in Maurice [Louisiana] recording her debut CD at Dockside Studio.” The paper further relates that Scarlett’s “boyfriend Ryan Reynolds visited for two weeks.” How sweet of him!

After several days of wild speculation and rising excitement (mostly among her testosterone-driven fans), Scarlett Johansson has just flatly denied accepting the role of Jenna Jameson in an upcoming biopic of the adult film star. News have been circulating that it was even Ms. Jameson who hand-picked and approached the alluring Scarlett. She even praised the statuesque actress in her performance in Lost in Translation: “I remember thinking to myself; this girl has such sexuality without even really trying to be sexy. I was like, ‘This girl could play me.’” Ms. Jameson continues, “I love her. She’s amazing. She’s smart, she’s funny… She’s stunning. I don’t want someone who’s going to go in there and be like bouncing around. I want someone who can bring some depth.”

Scarlett Johansson is currently filming her third movie with director Woody Allen in sunny Barcelona. But all is not well in the historic city. Apparently, the residents have been grumbling about the filming being done in major streets causing traffic, and thus wasting much of their time for nothing. It has also been widely reported that the Barcelona city hall has set aside almost €1m (Ł680,000) to help fund the film, as well as providing police escorts for the beautiful Scarlett and other actors.
